This one-hour, cardio intense session will cover various facets of fitness including agility, flexibility, endurance, power, coordination, and cardio. Elements will also include lectures about nutrition and physiology so that participants can make better decisions to lead a healthy life. Movements can be modified to decrease or increase difficulty, so all levels of fitness are welcome.

Sunday's and Thursday's: 7:00-8:00 pm
