Morning Crush Training Circuit

Rise and Grind! Wake up early and get your day started right by taking part in the Morning Crush Circuit Training. Tuesday mornings consist of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) like stations, while Thursdays will test your sprinting ability and conditioning status!

6:30-7:15 pm
