  • Tuesday 2:00 pm

Ladders and Steppers (Athletic Center)

  • Monday through Friday 12:30 pm, 1:00 pm

Open Gym Basketball (Athletic Center)

  • Wednesday 2:00 pm

P90X Video Workout (Cardio Room)

  • Monday through Thursday - 3:00 pm

Shuttle Runs (Turf)

  • Tuesday and Thursday - 1:30 pm

Soccer and Box Lacrosse (Grass Field)

  • Thursday 2:00 pm
