The Mount Ida College Mens Soccer team traveled to Suffolk University this past Saturday for another Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) match up. They came home suffering their fourth loss in conference play making their record 8-6-2 overall, and 4-4-1 in the GNAC.
Matt Gill (Winfield, KS/Garden City C.C.) took a cross from the right hand side and finished the ball beautifully past the keeper to give Mount Ida College (7-4-1, 3-2-0 Great Northeast Athletic Conference) a 4-3 victory over Emerson College (9-4-1, 2-3-0 GNAC) in men's soccer action. Gill's goal came 4:36 into the overtime stanza off an assist from Hermes Lima (Fr., West Roxbury, Mass).
