MEN'S HOOPS FALLS IN FINAL ROAD GAME AT WILDCATS

The Mount Ida College men's basketball team dropped their final road game of the season against hosting Johnson & Wales University falling 70-61 in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) action Thursday evening in Providence, Rhode Island.  The Mustangs snap a two game winning streak dropping to an overall record of 9-15.

The Mustangs were led by junior captain Isiah Benjamin (Windsor, CT/The Masters School) with 18 points and four assists while junior Keith Jones (Boston, MA/Lake Brantley (FL)/Mass. Bay C.C.) added 14 points going 3-7 from downtown.  Junior guard Nick Lynch (Hampton Bays, NY/Hampton Bays) was a perfect 2-2 from behind the arc adding 10 points and six caroms.
