As a standout softball player with a commanding pitch, Danielle was the driving force behind Mount Ida’s Regional 21 New England Junior College Championship in 1993.
As the Mustangs team Captain, Danielle entered the nationals as the most dominating pitcher in junior college circles in the region with a 14-3 record with 109 strikeouts in 112 innings. Danielle went on to become the tournament’s most valuable player and joined two of her teammates on the Region 21 All-New England team.
