The Mount Ida College men's volleyball team went 0-4 over the weekend at the annual Massachusetts Institute of Technology tournament Friday through Saturday afternoon in Boston, Massachusetts. On Friday, the Mustangs kicked of the festivities with a loss to the University of New Haven 3-1 by scores of 25-23, 23-25, 25-16, and 25-19.
Mount Ida finished the evening with another loss, this time a 3-1 defeat to Endicott College by scores of 25-15, 25-18, 22-25, and 25-13. On Saturday, Mount Ida kicked off the day with a 3-0 loss to number 13 M.I.T. losing by scores of 25-9, 25-7, and 25-13.
The day and the tournament finished up with their fourth loss of the weekend to visiting Lancaster Bible College falling 3-1 by scores of 17-25, 25-21, 29-27, and 25-19. The Mustangs fall to an overall record of 6-15 and remain at 2-7 in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC).
