STOUGHTON, Mass. -- Junior Baylee Curley (Duxbury, Mass.) posted a runner-up performance in the walk/trot for the Mount Ida equestrian team on Saturday afternoon at the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association’s Regional Finals that took place at Winter’s End Farm.
Curley advances to compete at the IHSA Zone Finals next Saturday afternoon in competition that will take place at Mount Holyoke. Mustang junior Abby Brand (New Boston, N.H.) posted a fifth place finish in the intermediate fences on Saturday after posting a fourth place finish in the open fences at Friday’s IHSA Regional Point Show that also took place at Winter’s End Farm.
Additionally, 2013 Mount Ida graduate Kaley Curtis (East Granby, Conn.) qualified for next weekend's Zone Finals with a pair of second place finishes in the Alumni Division at IHSA Regionals on Saturday.
