David graduated from Mount Ida College with high honors, earning an Associate’s degree in funeral service in 1999. 

On the Mount Ida lacrosse field, David served as Captain of the Mustangs for two seasons.  He was named an Academic All-American and an All-Conference selection for the NJCAA Region 21 team in 1999.  After graduating from Mount Ida, David earned his Bachelor of Science in Management from Quinnipiac University, where he continued to play lacrosse. 

David is a third generation funeral director in his family’s business in Wallingford, Connecticut. He is also an active member of the Mount Ida College Alumni Association.
